No official release time for the Overwatch event has been revealed by Blizzard, but that is the time big updates tend to drop. More than 100 cosmetics from last year's Uprising event are also available once again and include things like highlight intros, emotes, and more. Overwatch Retribution will be available April 10 — April 30. The Overwatch Retribution brawl features Moira, Reaper, Genji, and McCree heading to Venice to take on Talon. So far we know that Hanzo, Sombra and Doomfist will be getting new skins for the event, with more likely to be revealed in the future. Overwatch Retribution will run between April 10 and April 30, so players have plenty of time to tackle the new seasonal mission. Dial up the difficulty and earn additional achievement rewards.
Titled Retribution, this event brings back the highly praised Uprising PvE Player vs Environment game mode along with a plethora of new skins and cosmetic items. While there are a lot of events, these flashback ones have always been the most focused on the lore. During returning Overwatch events, old skins were available to unlock via the credits system. I consistently collect every skin that I really want and the vast majority of the others.

This is seriously tough and requires some serious coordination to succeed. I simply struggle to understand why a game with a box price needs micro-transactions. And everything takes place on a new map, Rialto. You can see all of the new skins above, along with some of the other new cosmetics you can now get your hands on. We suspect and assume Blizzard will use a similar structure for the new Retribution skins and returning Uprising skins and items. Overwatch players can also expect the return of the popular Combat Medic Ziegler, Cadet Oxton, Talon and Chief Engineer Lindholm skins.
Along with the event kicking off, Blizzard has released a patch for Overwatch. And just a few hours ahead of the Overwatch event kicking off, an alleged upcoming skin for the Blizzard download has been leaked. It needs to enter testing, first—which will happen after the event. Archives Loot Boxes are also available for purchase—but hurry, they get reencrypted and filed away come April 30. The event will be live till April 30th and the skins can be perceived through the Overwatch Archives event mission loot boxes or can be purchased with money.
